and how i got started with Young Living
Back in 2014, I was a brand new mom with a tiny baby that would not stop crying. The doctor told us was "he is colicky." I was crushed that my entire maternity leave could be him crying, I had such a vision for what it would be. I was determined to find a solution! My cousin had just started using these essential oil things and I reached out and asked if she thought it would be something that could help me? I knew nothing about them or what they did, but we were willing to try ANYTHING! I ordered my starter bundle and guess what? THEY WORKED! No, oils weren't the only thing we used to help him, but it kickstarted my journey into digging deeper and looking for the root causes of things.
Since becoming a mom, I wanted to switch to better products, but reading labels was overwhelming...so when I found out that Young Living also had a whole household product line, I was ecstatic! I slowly started switching over as I ran out of things. I love most things (and if I don't I'll be straight with you!) And you can now find me using multiple oils and products daily! I honestly forget what life was like before oils most days!
